This hotel had great staff who were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. They even picked us up from the train station and walked us to the hotel, making our arrival stress-free. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, and the showers had lovely hot water. We also appreciated the complimentary herbal teas in the reception area. The location of this hotel was fantastic, right on the main street of Aguas Calientes, providing easy access to everything.

Great Location and Good Room Quality Stayed here over Thanksgiving and the location was great! Close to everything, shops and restaurants all around. We could easily walk to the main attractions from here. the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. We also enjoyed the free bottle of water offered in the room. the breakfast was quite nice with a good selection.

Poor Communication and Management the worst aspect of our experience was the communication. There were misunderstandings regarding our reservation, and the manager didn't make any effort to help us.

There was some construction work going on in town which caused some noise disturbance at night.
